BEAUTIFUL AND ACCOMPLISHED NEW JERSEYAN
Melissa Maria Festa was born in a small town called Red Bank and was raised in a coastal town called Highlands also located in Monmouth County and in the state of New Jersey, USA. Melissa currently holds the title of Mrs. Highlands United States and will go on to compete at the Mrs. New Jersey United States Pageant in May (2013). Late October, 2012 Hurricane Sandy (Super storm Sandy) caused catastrophic damage to coastal areas of New Jersey. Highlands, one of many boroughs, was also amongst the affected by this enormous devastation that the storm has left behind. Melissa’s dedication and loyalty to her home town comes with great passion. She will be joining an array of married women from across the state of New Jersey to promote her personal platform – campaign, “Restoring the Shore: Hope for Highlands”, which includes raising funds to help Highlands regain some normalcy back within residential and business communities.

Amongst many of Melissa’s accomplishments in her career, she is an avid and inspirational certified spin instructor. Her passion, experience and caring concern for her loyal riders comes with great understanding, of core routines and a high energy workout that burns calories improving cardiovascular. Melissa is currently represented by Barbizon and is an advocate and spokesperson for professional women across the country and internationally about both the perils of the Red Carpet Host for Jersey Shore Premiere, a magazine columnist for Millennium Magazine and a daily blogger for Steppin’ Out Magazine. She also works closely and alongside various important causes including additional projects to help other communities raise funds and generate awareness about important topic and issues that needs to be addressed. Melissa has also been in numerous television show and media appearances to promote and further her career.
